Cancellation and Refund Policy

Each order requires advance preparation, including reserving time in our schedule and setting up your custom design. For this reason, requests to cancel or change an order need to be made immediately after placing the order. If production has already started, cancellations or changes may still be possible, but fees may apply.

Once production is complete, orders are non-refundable. Only products that do not meet Our Guarantees may qualify for replacement or refund.
