No. Our proprietary icing and specialised process ensure the image quality remains unchanged right through to the best-before date.

Will our logo or design fit well on the cookie?
Yes — as long as it matches the shape you choose or create, thanks to our precision printing process.

How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually sealed, then carefully packed in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive safely. We only use eco-friendly packaging for all orders.

How long will the cookies last?
Our cookies will keep their flavour, texture, and printed design for 1 month if stored according to our Cookie Care guidelines. These are included on the individual cookie bags along with the best-before date.

Do you have a minimum order?
The minimum order is 20 for our logo cookies and themed cookies (pre-designed ranges you can personalise), and 50 per shape for Custom Shape Cookies. Feel free to contact us for smaller quantities.

What’s your processing time, and what are the delivery times and shipping costs?
Our standard processing time is 3 business days (rush orders may be available on request). At checkout, you select your preferred shipping date, which is when the courier collects your order.

What flavours do you offer?
We offer one unique flavour: our signature buttery vanilla, which has a lovely balance of classic and distinctive notes.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. Our cookies contain wheat (gluten), milk, and egg. They are produced in a facility that also handles soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame, and while we take care, they may still contain traces of these allergens. Allergen information is included on each cookie’s packaging.

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary options?
Currently, we don’t offer these options, but we’re exploring the possibility of adding them in the future.

Do you offer a guarantee for your cookies?
Yes. Every order comes with Our Guarantees. These cover print alignment, shape accuracy, long-lasting print, on-time dispatch, and secure packaging. You can order with complete peace of mind.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, so requests to cancel or change an order need to be made immediately. If production has already started, cancellations or changes may still be possible, but fees may apply. Once production is complete, orders are non-refundable. Only products that do not meet Our Guarantees may qualify for replacement or refund.

Is pickup available?
We don't offer pickup at this time.
